Currently all pads are controlled solely from within TinyPad. This is mainly designed for security reasons.
When you delete a pad from TinyPad, Sync will automatically remove it from the SharedNote server.
In the future, SharedNote will give the user more flexible functions of manipulating these pads directly from the SharedNote interface.

The SharedNote site (http://sharednote.com/go/MyNotes) lists my current pads as well as pads which were deleted many days ago. It also lists a pad I started that I did not request be published.

All these pads are unavailable for viewing (the 'published' icon is off) which make sense in that they no longer exists or should not be published.

Is this normal or is SharedNotes suppose to reflect only the current TinyPad active pads?

Yes, for the moment it is normal.
However, in future version, deleted pads will be removed from the SharedNote server as well.
